Design agency Franz Design, together with FP Products, created the Lumoamo conference space for Lapland Hotels at the Nokia Arena in Tampere. The cooperation from the very beginning helped the project to progress in an agile manner.

– Many architects and designers have praised us, as it is not very common for support and get help right from the planning stage. In the case of the Lumoamo space at Nokia Arena, the design office Franz contacted us a couple of years before the construction work started, says Project Manager Pekka Ojala

 

A space maker from start to finish

The need for support was recognised years ago by FP Products. For this reason, it was decided to invest in a comprehensive service. Currently, the back office employs around ten experts. At any one time there are twenty large projects in progress, so every week the expertise of Tilantekijkä is shared throughout Finland.

- We have a wide range of products, from curtain rails to massive transition walls. For each product group, we have solid experience and answers to potential challenges already at the design stage," says Pekka Ojala, who runs the back office.

The assistance provided by the back office is not only focused on the design phase. Know-how is shared throughout the project with all parties and at all stages, including pre-production, delivery and installation.
