The FP Products customer, supplier and partner register.
4. Grounds for keeping the register
The register contains contact information of customers, suppliers and partners (HetiL 3.3, 6 and 7§)
5. Purpose of processing personal data
The data in the register may be used for the management, administration, maintenance and development of FP-Tuotteet Oy's relationship with its customers, suppliers and partners, for targeting, analysing, providing, offering and developing services, for market research and other statistical purposes. The register data may be used for marketing (including electronic direct marketing) and targeting between FP-Tuotteet Oy and the customer, supplier and partners within the limits permitted by law. The customer, supplier and partner have the right to refuse direct marketing concerning them.
Only FP Products staff may process personal data collected in the register and the information relating to them.
6. Data content of the register
The register may contain the following information:
Basic customer, supplier and partner information, such as name, address, telephone number, email address and customer ID or IDs.
- Name and address of the potential user
- For business customers, contact person and user information (name, address, telephone number and email address, as well as function and position in the company)
- Information relating to the customer and contractual relationship
- Customer and supplier history such as service changes, customer contacts, quotation, order and contract information
- Direct marketing authorisations and prohibitions
- Recording communications related to a service situation
- Billing method information, billing contact details and other information related to billing and collection
- Additional information provided by the customer, supplier and partner themselves or otherwise collected with the customer's consent (e.g. customer survey feedback and customer interests).
- Information about the customer that is relevant to the purpose of the register, compiled from the information contained in the register.
7. Source of data for the register
The information is collected from contacts, meetings, locations where our products are used and companies' websites.
In direct marketing and surveys, we inform the source from which the personal data was obtained.
8. Disclosure of information
We do not sell, trade or transfer personally identifiable information to third parties. This does not include third parties who assist us in maintaining our site or conducting our business, but these parties must also keep the information confidential.
9. Transfer of data outside the EU or the European Economic Area
The data will not be disclosed outside the EU or the European Economic Area.

11. Confidentiality of the customer register
All FP-Tuotteet Oy's personnel and third parties working with FP-Tuotteet Oy are bound by confidentiality obligations in relation to all customer information. Access to the register is protected by user-specific IDs and passwords.
After the customer relationship has ended, the customer's data will be deleted from the register as soon as it is no longer necessary to process it.
12. Right to review, rectification and erasure of data
In accordance with Section 26 of the Personal Data Act, the data subject has the right to check what information concerning him or her has been stored in the personal register. The request for inspection must state that the request concerns data in the register. The request for inspection must be sent in writing, signed and addressed to:

In addition, the data subject has the right to demand the correction of inaccurate data in the register in accordance with Section 29 of the Personal Data Act. The request for correction of data must identify the error to be corrected and indicate the corrected data. The written request for correction must be sent to the person responsible for the register mentioned above.
A data subject may request the removal of data concerning him or her from the register by contacting the Data Protection Officer mentioned above (point 2).
