Fasteo gets stronger - FP-Products joins the Group

As a result of the merger completed on 30 September 2025, FP-Tuotteet Oy will become part of the Fasteo Group. The transaction will enable Fasteo to further expand its range of products and services, especially for customers in the construction and industrial sectors.

FP-Products is known for its high-quality products for flexible space solutions and customer-oriented service. The company will continue to operate as usual in its current offices and with its familiar staff. Pekka Ojala, Managing Director of FP-Products, will continue to lead the company and will join Fasteo's expanded management team.

Fasteon CEO Antti Holopainen sees this as a natural step on the Group's growth path: ”FP Products has built a strong position as a partner to its customers and suppliers, and its expertise is an excellent complement to Fasteo's existing businesses.
