TAMK – Innovatiiviset ovet laboratorioympäristön suojaksi
Korkeat turvallisuusvaatimukset teollisuusympäristössä
Tampereen ammattikorkeakoulun konetekniikan laboratorio tarjoaa testaus- ja analyysipalveluja sekä tuotekehitystä yrityksille ja julkiselle sektorille. Laboratoriossa hyödynnetään muun muassa robottihitsaustekniikkaa, jossa syntyy UV-säteilyä. Tämän vuoksi tarvittiin tehokkaita suojaratkaisuja, jotka estävät säteilyn pääsyn tilan ulkopuolelle.
Rullausmekanismilla varustetut alumiiniset suojaovet
FP-Tuotteet toimitti laboratorioon kaksi suurikokoista (4 × 3 m) anodisoidusta alumiinista valmistettua suojaovea, jotka asennettiin hitsaussolun seiniin. Ovet varustettiin sisäänrakennetulla putkimoottorilla, jossa on integroitu rajasäätimet, mahdollistamaan tilan säästämisen ja suojauksen tehokkuuden.

Anti-theft roller
The highly durable, motor-operated and CE-approved FP roller shutter provides effective protection in locations such as shopping centers, retail premises, serving lines, checkout areas, shopping cart shelters, automated warehouses, public smoking areas, loading docks, garages, and exhibition stands. The shutter is always equipped with an automatic lock that prevents the curtain from being forced open by lifting.
